It has been designed to work with the stock internal parts of the KTM\/Husqvarna cap and replaces the black plastic top. It has a bigger breather hole and a smaller size so it fits tighter to the tank taking up less room and improving the flow of fuel. It will give you bike that factory look and improve function at the same time. Lots of riders have had trouble with the push button safety caps that came on all 2008-2022 KTM's this cap eliminates the push feature making it easier to remove on some models. To install simply unscrew the orange portion from the bottom of your stock cap and remove it from the black plastic top. Take out the rubber gasket and ball and discard the old screws and top then re-install those parts onto the new Nihilo Cap. The gasket and ball fit the new cap perfectly giving you the factory seal and operation. The 2013  -2023 KTM 50 clutch is now fully adjustable by turning three clickers on the front of the clutch allowing the rider to fine tune the clutch feel with a wrench. No more dis-assembly and stacking shims to get the clutch right. With the new Nihilo KTM Clutch cover you will be able to turn the clickers through a small port in the side of the cover. Unlike in stock form where the cover must be removed to make clutch adjustments the Nihilo cover can remain in place and the bike can even be sitting on a bike stand. The adjustment port is above the oil line so there is no need to drain the oil or lay the bike on its side. One 8mm socket or T wrench removes the billet plug and makes the clutch adjustments. The adjuster bolts are lined up with the port hole by first turning the back wheel to align the basket with the port hole then pushing the kick starter to line the bolt up with the basket hole. Next you simply make the clicker adjustment then push through the kicker to move the next bolt into the window. Complete on the fly adjustments can be done in just a few minutes. The cover holds 50cc more oil which will help with oil temps and uses the stock “O-ring gasket. These blocks are for the serious racer, they don't have adjuster marks eched on them because factory mechanics don't use them they always measure the blocks from the end of the swing arm to assure perfect alignment. The OEM axle threads into the left side adjuster block,Nihilo eliminated the triangle stand hole, I never saw a factory bike use a triangle stand. When a hole is left in the adjuster dirt and grime will fill the hollow axle and cause the nut to seize. The long side of the adjuster is longer than stock allowing the axle to be set up as far back as possible. Lengthening the bike is a good way to eliminate sketchy handling and is something most fast riders and factory mechanics try to do. By making the adjuster longer the adjusting bolt does not need to stick out of the swing arm as far giving it more strength and adjustability.
