The BILLETRON 38 Long Body (90mm) is designed to reduce lap times, win races, and eliminate the complexity of jetting. The BILLETRON 38 air flow and fuel dynamics are specifically designed to increase mass air flow and the velocity of air delivery across all throttle positions with a focus in the low to mid range. This allows gains in peak power but more importantly, unlocking access to that power earlier and holding it for longer. Whether it's winning the hole shot or capturing an opportunity to overtake, maximize acceleration and top speed to give yourself the edge.

The BILLETRON 38 - Long Body  is applicable to older model 125cc-300cc single cylinder two-stroke motors. The BILLETRON 38 is a performance upgrade that replaces the vast majority of OEM carburetors in 125cc-300cc dirt bikes.  Older dirt bike models may require the long body version (90mm overall length) BILLETRON - LONG BODY. Please see dimensions for confirmation of fitment. 

Many OEM intake manifolds for older model dirt bikes are no longer produced. It is important to know the dimensions of your intake manifold ID, air box ID, and overall length from intake manifold to air box. Many older bikes have mix and matched intake manifold and air boxes which could affect fitment of the carburetor. Our carburetors spigot and bell diameter is replicable to a PWK 38. The BILLETRON short body is 78mm OL and the long body is 90mm OL.
