Refund policy

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Customer satisfaction is always our first priority, so we are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, gift card or refund if the items are returned to us within 30 days of delivery in the same condition and packaging that you received them.

 

Please make sure return meets these requirements:

- All items have to be in the brand new condition with packaging and tags
- Parts can not been fitted and are not scratched or marked in any way
- Package the item carefully so that no damage is done during return shipping
- No damage or tape applied to original retail packaging and boxes

 

Please read the following to ensure your return is accepted:

- All packaging must not be opened, for example, chains with their plastic packaging

- If the retail package of an item is damaged, your return may not be accepted. Please do not apply tape or labels to any original packaging

- Any returns which we found in not an acceptable condition we will return back at the expense of the customer, please make sure all items are in new and original condition to avoid your return being rejected

 

Return to Sender:

If your order is returned to sender, we will credit the value to your account, excluding shipping costs, unless our items are at fault.  If you would prefer the amount be refunded, please get in touch with us.

Please note: If you placed your order with free shipping, your money will be credited or refunded minus the initial shipping cost, unless at the fault of OZMX.

 

Faulty Items:

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, please contact us before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a faulty item, please send us an image of the fault so we can assist you further, Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under warranty. 

Please note some faults may take longer then others to access and be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. 

If your order arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the damage and email them to us before you open the package and after as well to make sure the correct procedure is followed.

 

Gift Vouchers:

Ozmx Superstore gift vouchers entitle users to Australian Dollars which can be redeemed at ozmx.au. Gift vouchers have a 24 month expiration date, after 24 months from the date of purchase the gift voucher will be invalid. In order to successfully use your gift vouchers, the following rules must be adhered to:
The gift voucher number and verification code must be entered and used within the payment page;
The gift voucher must be used prior to the Gift Card’s expiration date.

Gift vouchers are NOT refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase Ozmx Superstore Gift Vouchers. If the customer return items bought with the use of the Ozmx Superstore Gift Vouchers, we will issue another gift voucher or a refund by way of credit to the customer Ozmx Superstore account up to the value of the gift voucher amount redeemed.
